What We Do

Our office is dedicated to helping individuals and families get obtain debt relief through Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.   The law changed in 2005—the right of eligible consumers to get a fresh start didn’t.  Yes, filing bankruptcy is still an option and there are over a million cases filed every year across the country.    Unlike some debt settlement companies, frequently located out of state, or law firms that only have a branch office in York, you will meet with us face-to-face, in person.  Although we are able to serve the entire region of Central Pennsylvania, the York office is our only location—we’re not a satellite office.
